The campsite is situated on the edge of the Palatinate Forest, in an idyllic valley below the Wachtenburg, which hides a little behind trees. The village centre is approx. 1.5 km removed. The reception is open for arrival between 11 and 13 o'clock, as well as 15 and 21 o'clock. The campsite has 3 DTV stars until 2021 for the following areas Reception and service, sanitation and stands rated.
The site has two sanitary houses, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a small kitchen with a cooker and a sink. That we found quite convenient.
This place is ideal for us to explore the northern part of the German Wine Route or the Palatinate Forest by bike or on foot. Depending on your preference, you can camp here and spend a good time with your camper or caravan with more or less technical comfort.
The place is clean and maintained. The «upper place» offers for 2.00 € more additional amenities with the water supply and disposal. Prices are reasonable and the price list very clear. Here you can see that professionals from the administration have their fingers in the pie.
From here you can enjoy all sorts of activities in the abundant nature and the amenities of a renowned wine region.
A place with everything you need: highly recommended.
