Hotels

Best Western Plus® Hotel Elixir

If you prefer a hotel as your domicile on your travels, you will rarely find yourself in such a central location as the Elixir guest: the footpath to the old town of Grasse takes 20, 25 minutes and it is no further to the famous perfumers of the city.

Provençal cuisine is generally a treat for the palate. To top this seems difficult to me as an avowed non-cook. All the greater are astonishment, joy and reverence about the dishes and the cook with his team. A speciality this summer was grilled dinner.

Camp Grounds

Camping La Paoûte

Situated in the southern part of the city, but still incredibly quiet. This is what distinguishes the campsite in Grasse.

Here you will find everything the camper heart desires: tidy terrain, where it is rather easy to level the motorhome or caravan, large and small pitches separated by hedges that create privacy, partly ancient olive trees that provide shade.

The way to the campsite is actually quite easy, if the GPS wouldn't usually say nonsense and send you through a residential area with too narrow a road.

Appartments

Domaine Saint Sauveur

In an environment, which does not remind at all of "city", but by the olive groves put on in terraces rather the impression of the original, Provençal country obtains, lies this property somewhat hidden, approximately 20 minutes before the old part of town far away.

Two apartments are available. La Bastitde with its four large rooms, each with its own shower and toilet, a spacious living room and kitchen and a large terrace with a magnificent view of the hills covered with olive trees. Ideally, up to eight people can enjoy a relaxing holiday here.

Réserve des Monts d'Azur

Here the survival if Europe's last bisons is secured. And also the European wild horses have a refuge here. Located in the heart of the Haut-Thorenc region, the Monts d'Azur Biological Reserve is an exceptional animal reserve, where ancestral and surprising species of fauna and flora meet: elk, Przewalski horses, European bison, deer.

The biological reserve of the Monts d'Azur also provides comfortable accommodation, such as the ecolodges or a bioclimatic villa. You may spend the night in the Haut-Thorenc area and enjoy a pleasant moment of relaxation and sharing with other guests, in a natural and peaceful setting.
